Scheduling
Essential Care: One maintenance visit every 12 months.
Essential Care+: One comprehensive maintenance and service visit every 12 months.
Total Care: Two visits per year, ideally scheduled approximately six months apart.
Maintenance appointments are performed during normal business hours and scheduled based on availability.
Important Plan Information
Maintenance plans cover standard residential plumbing inspection and preventative maintenance within the scope of the selected plan. Repairs, replacement parts, major drain or sewer stoppages, sewer cleaning, additional water heaters, specialty equipment, laboratory water testing, and work outside the maintenance scope are not included unless specifically stated.
Any additional work will be discussed with the homeowner and approved before service is performed.
